Promaude, Lézignan-Corbières

Taking place over every Whitsun weekend, this is a great opportunity to come and taste the best that the Aude can offer. In the shade of pine trees, a number of producteurs artisanales come together to offer you their home-made honey, sweets, ice creams, seafood, cheeses, olives, charcuterie, fruits, vegetables and, of course, wines.

Promaude is the shop window for the Aude's finest foods, whether produced around the big cities of Narbonne and Carcassonne or the picturesque villages of Lagrasse and Limoux. It's also a great venue for kids and families as you'll find street theatre, a petting zoo and live concerts.
