St Jean Cap Ferrat is a peninsular dedicated to quiet luxury and splendour. There are fabulous views in every direction but for those in the know, the south-eastern side of Cap Ferrat is generally accepted to be the superior location in that the views are even more beautiful. White-sailed yachts gliding over the aquamarine bay with Cap d'Ail and Monaco in the distance. And Les Dauphins is undoubtedly one of my favourite properties! Totally renovated in 2024, its clean lines, understated elegance and attention to detail would seduce anybody! It is what the French might call 'Le Top du Top' of luxury villas on Cap Ferrat. If you like Cap Ferrat and can afford to stay there then Les Dauphins is definitely a property to covet.

The villa offers an expansive 600m² of elegant living quarters, intelligently designed across three storeys. A guest lift, in addition to a staff lift for increased privacy, makes access easy for all levels of mobility.
