Layout
4 Double rooms with en-suite (160cm, 160cm, 160cm, + 2 x single/1 x king-size beds). 4 bedrooms in main house + 1 bedroom in pool house.
1 Separate toilet
The bright and spacious living room opens onto the south terrace and has a relaxing atmosphere. Throughout the house, there is geothermal underfloor heating/cooling, guaranteeing your ideal temperature without the unnatural feeling of air conditioning. It reduces summer temps by 5-8 degrees Celcius.
The ground floor houses two bedrooms, the entrance hall and one large common area, made up of the living room, the dining area, and the modern, well-equipped kitchen, which opens onto a small terrace to the east side of the house and onto the sheltered terrace by the pool. The kitchen is equipped with an oven/hob, steam oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee/expresso machine, electric kettle and dishwasher.
The second bedroom, located next to the living room on the ground floor, features two single beds, which can also be used as a 180 cm bed per advance request. There is a surround sound system fitted to the walls, and the French windows to the left lead out to the south terrace.
