On the ground floor: a large entrance hall, a living room and a dining room, an independent kitchen with utility room, and a toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 separate toilets.
In an adjoining part (Annexe): 2 bedrooms, a shower room and 1 separate toilet.
The pool area is tiled and has loungers for everyone. Beyond the pool is a grassed area.


Carcassonne is famous for its theatre, dance and music festival throughout the summer. But the best thing is the famous fireworks display of July 14: 'the Conflagration of the Cité of Carcassonne'

Also worth participating in is the Feria at the end of August, an annual festival based around bullfighting but offering so much more to do and see if you aren't afficionadoes of the bullfight.
Near the Medieval City, in a natural environment, is the Lac de la Cavayère and the Raymond Chésa leisure complex which extend over 40 hectares and are home to generous Mediterranean-type vegetation. Good place for walking and relaxation, you will find equipped areas for a picnic, pedal boats, mini golf, inflatable water games, several beach volleyball courts and a forest adventure park. Swimming and boating are welcome at the Lac.
