Further Information
The village has most services and amenities including several bars and restaurants and an ice cream parlour serving home-made ice cream.
There are a couple of 'caves' in the village where you can taste - and buy! - the local wines but since Roquebrun is surrounded by vineyards there are also dozens of privately owned Domaines in the area where you can sample the wine made by a single grower.
Le Jardin Méditérranée is a nice visit to do in the village itself, where a group of passionate local gardeners have created a garden of plants that thrive in Roquebrun's micro-climate.
Béziers is half an hour away with its cathedral, August Feria and a good range of high street shops. Markets in Béziers are Friday morning.
The town of Pézenas is about 40 minutes away and there, the market is Saturday morning. You can spend a great day strolling around the little streets browsing in the artisan shops that Pézenas is famous for.
The Med beaches are about 50 minutes drive from Roquebrun with their long uninterrupted stretches of golden sand.
