Les Fregates Apartment is a very sweet little apartment, located on a residence in St Cyprien, only 1 minute away from the sandy beach. The apartment is on the first floor (no lift) and can sleep up to 6 people in various bedrooms. It is complete with an entrance hall (which doubles up as a bedroom), a lounge, a kitchenette, a bathroom/WC, a main bedroom and terrace overlooking the gardens, swimming pool and sea, and a hallway which doubles as a third bedroom with bunk-beds. The lounge is light and spacious, and contains a settee that can convert into a double bed if needed, as well as a matching armchair, dining table with chairs, bookshelves and a television set. From the lounge there are patio doors which open up onto the terrace, which has garden table and chairs, making the perfect place for some outdoor dining. The kitchenette includes a four ring cooker with oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee percolator and a clothes washing machine. The bathroom includes a bath with shower. OUTSIDE Outside, you will find beautiful gardens, a shared swimming pool and toddlers pool, a pool house (all for the exclusive use of the renters). There is secure parking in a reserved parking space in a private car park, complete with security gates for your safety. (Pools are open 1st June to 30th September)
