Mas Santoline is a superb villa located in Eygalières, only 10 minutes walk from the village. This property is a beautiful Mas, modernly decorated whilst keeping its traditional aspects. This villa has a private heated swimming pool, air-conditioning and is in a peaceful location. With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this holiday villa can sleep up to 12 people, and is a perfect destination for a family holiday.

About Mas Santoline

Mas Santoline has been designed in the style of a traditional Provencal Mas, close to the old centre of Eygalieres, a very quiet and authentic village in Provence. This recently built and tastefully decorated villa accommodates up to 12 people.

The property has five bedrooms; two on the ground floor and three upstairs, each with a private shower rooms, air-conditioning and lovely views of the Alpilles hills, the old village and the Mont Ventoux.

There are 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds, and 2 bedrooms with 3 twin beds. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, all with showers and WC's, and one with a bath as well.

The kitchen is typically French and well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher and opens onto a covered terrace, where there is a barbecue, table and chairs and an outside kitchen with a fridge and 4 electric hotplates, making it easy to have a delicious al fresco meal.

The living room is the main point of the house, and has two sets of French windows opening onto the garden, overlooking the swimming pool. There is a fireplace, two large sofas, some armchairs as well as a TV and a stereo system with a CD player.

In this property you will also find a laundry room with a washing and drying machine.


The garden of this Mas is wonderful, complete with a fully equipped summer kitchen which is available off the kitchen and the living room, under the large paved and shaded terrace with garden furniture. It is equipped with a BBQ, four electric hotplates, a fridge and a sink.

The beautiful landscaped garden is planted with trees (olive, palm) and lawn.

The large heated swimming pool (11.5m x 5m) is surrounded by lawn.

You access the property through a private lane and stairs. At the rear of the house are enough parking spaces for several cars. There is also a garage for a car.

The garden of the villa is surrounded by old olive groves, hedges and scented trees and plants.

The villa is located a 10 minute walk from the village and 10km from St Remy. You will find shops and restaurants at both of these places.

The closest beach is about a 35 minute drive from the villa.

The closest highway is the A7 (exit Cavaillon) 15 minutes drive away, which goes from Lyon to Marseille with connections for all major cities of the south east of France. The closest train station is at Avignon and is served by the TGV (i.e. high speed train) that goes to Paris in 2 hours and 40 minutes! The closest airport is Avignon as well with daily flights to Paris. But most international connections are made through the international airports of Marseille-Marignane or Paris.

Only a short drive through the hills to Les Baux de Provence, an ancient village perched high on the rocks, once one of the most celebrated and brilliant of the troubadour courts of love in the Middle Ages, now romantically ghostly. The villa is also at the centre of the Baux de Provence and Coteaux d'Aix vineyards and not far from Chateau Neuf du Pape.
