About Villa Bella Vista
Bella Vista is more than worthy of its name. Located on the high slopes of Vallauris within walking distance of the Picasso Museum where the great man spent many years painting. From the 5 terraces you will be mesmerised by the spectacular views of Cap D'Antibes and Golfe Juan. You will even be able to see the snowcaps of the Alps, a vista of Nice spreading before you and the Lérin Islands in the distance.
Bella Vista is equipped with all modern conveneinces over 3 floors. The villa is finished with top-end materials and French-style designer furniture. There is also a gym.
French doors lead from the spacious living room and adjacent kitchen to a large terrace. On the lower ground floor there is a beautiful living room and fully-equipped kitchen with access to the pool area. The views from here are truly panoramic!
The pool area has ample loungers and parasols and the fully-equipped summer kitchen has two fridges for cold drinks throughout the day.
Closest beaches are Juan-les-Pins and Golfe Juan, ideal for kids with gently sloping sand and offering loads of watersports for older funlovers.
The view is magnificent towards Nice and the mountains on the left side, medieval Antibes and its Cap in the middle, and Super Cannes and the Lérins island on the right. The layout of the villa is great. There are 5 different terraces so there is always a nice and private spot to relax. It is situated on the south side of the hill facing the sea, so there is sun the entire day.
