Perfectly adapted for summer living, the estate offers a variety of activities including jacuzzi, tennis, table tennis, pétanque (boules), elliptical trainer and billiards/American pool. The huge 22m x 9m swimming pool is perfect for cooling off in the heat of the day, and there are three separate outside dining areas including a barbecue terrace for lazy lunches in the sunshine with a glass of rosé, or romantic dinners under the stars. Also a separate indoor bar area with pool table.

The main house boasts five spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and private terrace, the Main House offers the utmost privacy and comfort for up to 10 guests. Accommodation for a further 2 guests in the pavillion/tennis studio is available by arrangement. The pavilion overlooks the tennis court and offers a double bedroom and shower room, kitchen and bar area. With the exception of the master bedroom, all bedrooms can be made up with either two twin beds or one double bed.

The extensive gardens ensure complete privacy with scope for exploring the oak forest on the higher terraces or meandering walks amongst the olive, cypress and fruit trees on the lower terraces. There are also plenty of secluded spots to read or relax, including a hammock to while away the afternoon in. At night the garden can be illuminated by up to 30 spotlights to add a touch of romance to your entertaining.

The lovely town of Vence is a 20 minute walk downhill - easily achieved on the going but you might consider getting a pick-up on the way back to help with the shopping!
