Partly dating from the 17th century, this Mas, in U-shape with its vaults and its inner courtyard, respects the architecture and the regional and traditional materials.

A 12,000 m² stretch of land runs alongside the Mas des Hirondelles and offers a splendid private heated swimming pool with alarm, which is enclosed and with an alarm for the safety of the children.

A baker comes daily to the village with bread and fresh croissants. The shops are a 15 minute drive. The nearest supermarket is 4kms away - Carrefour Contact in Vernazobres by the RN106 (route Nationale).

The property is 15 minutes to the town of Ales, 20 minutes to the Roman town of Nimes and 60km to the Mediterranean beaches.
