Maison Des Rêves is as the name suggests - a dream house. With large beautiful terraces overlooking stunning views of Cap d'Antibes and across the sea to Nice, a private, heatable swimming pool that is a contender for the largest in the Cap, and a wonderful garden with pristine green lawn for kids to run around on. This property is a fantastic place to spend a holiday with friends and family. There are 7 bedrooms, sleeping a total of 14 people. 5 MINS WALK TO THE BEACH, RESTAURANTS and SHOPS.

Maison Des Rêves is an exceptionally well-appointed property, ideal for the perfect family holiday on the French Riviera. For a maximum of 15 people.
Located just 12 miles from Nice airport, this villa is situated in the heart of the glittering Côte d'Azur. It is the perfect base from which to explore the restaurants, shops and nightlife of the nearby towns of Antibes, Juan les Pins, Cannes and Monte Carlo. The seven bedroom property is an easy walk to the local Garoupe Beach, with excellent restaurants! Right next door are local shops selling fresh milk, croissants and even British newspapers!
Maison Des Rêves has recently been beautifully renovated with 5 new bathrooms and a brand-new kitchen. It offers air-conditioning throughout, Wifi, Sky Tv, outdoor BBQ area and even a table tennis table. The swimming pool however is the main attraction as it is one of the largest heated swimming pools on the Cap. The garden offers complete privacy and consists of a large, flat lawn which is surrounded by pines and eucalyptus trees - it also features an LED-lit outdoor bar/bbq area. The upstairs terrace is ideal for breakfast and evening cocktails, as it offers sweeping views of the Cap over the sea and towards the town of Nice.
The owners bought the villa when their 3 children were young, and wanted somewhere that would be safe for the children - and fun! Which is thankfully what it has been for the past 14 years, with many families enjoying the villa and the surrounding area. There is nothing that this family hasn't done - they've attempted to drink the Côte d'Azur dry of Chateau Minuty, they have swam, sunbathed, played tennis, golf, skied, waterskied, cycled, seen the sights, eaten their body weight in Moules Mariniéres and had a bucketload of fun.
The villa is walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. It can sleep up to three families without everyone getting on top of each other. There are 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, meaning that none of the adults feel short-changed. There are a further 2 double rooms (one with an extra single bed), and there are a further 2 twin bedrooms. These rooms share 2 bathrooms, and an additional 3 WC's. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. The swimming pool area and lawn are ideal for playing family cricket and football.
Enter through electric gates into a private drive where there is parking for several cars. The main door leads into a large entrance hall with stairs to the first floor and a guest WC.
To the right is a large living room with comfortable seating and is a light and airy space with doors opening onto the terrace and looking out onto the pool area. The terrace area is partly covered and has plenty of outdoor furniture for dining and relaxing.
Off the living room is a games room with a piano, a video player and doors to a rear garden where there is a trampoline and table tennis table.
There is a double bedroom off the living room which has a dressing room and a bathroom with bath and WC. There are doors to the terrace and a view on the swimming pool, table and chairs.
Second double bedroom on the ground floor with a dressing room, and ensuite with clawfoot bath, shower, 2 basins and WC. Doors to terrace.
Kitchen with electric hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, dining area with table and 6 chairs. Utility room which has a washing machine.
Up stairs to the first floor where there are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:-

The villa is walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Plage Keller, Plage Joseph, Le Rocher are all restaurants on the beach (walking distance). In Juan les Pins: Pirates, Plage Bleu, Helios, there are hundreds. There is a villa book with recommendations in the house.
There is a grocery shop right next door. Also, Nathalie, the house manager, runs a delicatessen and can stock the fridge for arrival. Give her a budget and some ideas of what you would like on your arrival.
Popular tourist destinations. Dine at St Paul de Vance - Colombe D’Or - world class restaurant surrounded by original Picasso, Miro, etc. Or, visit MarineWorld with the children. Monte Carlo is 1.5 hrs, Cannes is 45 minutes. Take the kids around the marina in Antibes. There are markets in Antibes too. (3km away). Go to the PamPam bar in Juan les Pins for ice cream, cocktails and Brazilian dancers. Ferry to Ille de Lerin. There’s lots to see.
In one hour you can be across the Italian border to visit San Remo for the day for example.

- Pool can be heated for an extra cost of 400 GBP per week.
Linen and towels are provided, including pool towels. Cleaners come in a the end of each week to change beds and towels. If you would like additional cleaning then that can be arranged through the house manager at €15 an hour.
All the bedrooms are air-conditioned but not the living areas.
