Pine Grove Manor is a peaceful two-level villa surrounded by nature, within walking distance of the village of Montferrier-sur-Lez near Montpellier.

Located in a quiet environment, Pine Grove Manor is the perfect villa for a serene and entertaining holiday.

The elegant architecture of this villa wows the visitor upon entry. Its traditional features and generous dimensions remind one of a bygone era: from the heavy wooden main door to the tall windows, which make the house light and airy.

On the opposite side, the south facade presents beautiful, tall arched windows opening onto the garden, characteristic of South-of-France country architecture. The large number of windows on both sides of the house allow plenty of light at all time of the day, making it a perfect place for filming and photo shooting; notwithstanding, the house remains fresh during the summer days thanks to its thick stone walls.

Through the entrance door, there is direct access to the main living room. The classic and refined interior decoration complements the graceful architecture of this house. Lots of comfortable sofas are awaiting guests in the three distinct living rooms in enfilade; one of them is a TV room and another benefits from a beautiful stone fireplace.

There are two kitchens in this house, one contemporary, very well-equipped kitchen with fridge, induction hob, modern oven and dish-washer, and another one behind it which complements the first one with its traditional iron stove, side-by-side fridge and freezer, and lots of storage and cooking space. The open dining area is composed of a stylish and unassuming wood table with benches.

The house can accommodate up to 11 people maximum in a total of 5 bedrooms. Three of them can be found on the ground floor and have en-suite bathrooms with either bathtub or shower; the other two bedrooms are located on the first floor, one of them has an en-suite shower room and the other is a large bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed and extra mattresses for children’s use. Each bedroom is equipped with a fan for the guests to use at will. A billiard room is located on the upper level and lots of books and board games await guests as well during their stay.

The 5,000 m2 garden is composed of a central lawn surrounded by centenary olive trees and pine trees which provide partial shading and a tranquil atmosphere to guests. There are two terraces, one in front of the house equipped with confortable garden sofas and parasols and one covered terrace to the side of the central lawn, with long wooden tables and seats to accommodate al fresco dining. Further down the garden, you will find the swimming pool (14×6 metres) surrounded by a stone terrace and multiple sun loungers and parasols, to relax beneath the summer sun. The property also holds a private tennis court. This court is not surrounded by fences though so cannot be considered as a professional tennis court.

The house offers extensive parking next to the entrance, including a covered parking area.
