About Maison L'Amandier

A remarkable Provençal villa tucked away in the Vaucluse pine forest, just minutes from Isle sur la Sorgue. Maison l’Amandier awaits you in Pernes-les-Fontaines, a charming village in a region whose landscapes inspired the greatest Impressionist painters.

This splendid villa of a generous 170m² is the ideal place to spend a one-of-a-kind holiday in an extraordinary setting, enjoying a magnificent private pool and the Mediterranean-style garden and its sun-drenched fragrances. La Maison l’Amandier can comfortably accommodate 8 people in four bedrooms, three of which are en-suite with a separate bathroom and private toilet. The fourth room is upstairs under the sloping ceiling. It has two single beds and is perfect for children. It is reached via a spiral staircase.

You are sure to fall under the spell of this beautifully distinctive house with its refined decoration and modern facilities. It is able to accommodate eight people comfortably, so come with family and friends!

Relax in the turquoise-blue water of the pool set in the magnificent Mediterranean garden, which is completely unoverlooked and boasts the pine forest as a backdrop. Meanwhile, the air conditioning in all rooms guarantees optimal comfort in every season.

The living room is the heart of the house. It is divided into two parts: the lounge area on one side and the dining/kitchen area on the other. It is very spacious, modern, comfortable and brightly lit by the large glass doors overlooking the grounds and garden.

On the lounge side, you can relax on the comfortable sofa or in one of the armchairs opposite the large glass doors looking out onto the terrace and pool. The ceilings are high in this welcoming, contemporary space, which is the perfect place to rest, read, chat or watch your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV.

In the modern kitchen, there is everything you need to concoct delicious dishes to be enjoyed on the beautiful wooden table or out on the 100 m² terrace. There is a hob, extractor hood, oven, grill, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, food processor, kitchen utensils, espresso machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and more – it’s all there! There is even a second American-style refrigerator in the larder so you have plenty of space to keep all your groceries chilled!

On the ground floor, there are three large en-suite bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and with a super-king-size bed (200cm x 200cm) with high-end bedding.

One of the rooms also has French door access to a small private terrace with deckchairs. Two of the bathrooms have walk-in showers and a toilet. The bathroom in the third bedroom has a bath and separate toilet.

A spiral staircase leads to the cosy bedroom/dormitory under the sloping ceiling upstairs. It has 2 single beds. This bedroom also has a large bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The layout means everyone retains their privacy and comfort!

The garden and terrace are magnificent, set against the pine forest backdrop. Here, the natural Provençal surroundings are exalted, superbly highlighted by the natural materials and tones: the stone floor of the terrace, the wooden deck of the pool, the terracotta flower pots, and so on.

The alarm-protected pool invites you in for a refreshing dip. And afterwards, what better than to lie idly back on one of the sun loungers on the water’s edge, a cocktail in hand as you quietly contemplate the view?

The garden furniture on the large terrace is perfect for your al fresco meals, the natural setting like something out of a painting. The griddle is ideal for grilling up a feast that you can all enjoy together around the large table.

Pernes-les-Fontaines just 20 minutes on foot.
