A Luxury Residency located 50m from Pezenas’ mediaeval town center, home of Moliere (France’s Shakespeare) and considered one of the Languedoc Roussillon’s gems. The region enjoys 300 days of sunshine per year and the town is only 25 minutes by car from some of the most attractive Mediterranean beaches. This apartment with 2 bedrooms is a spacious 80 m2 with a terrace overlooking the outdoor pool. One bedroom has a double bed (63 x 79 inches) and the other has two single beds (35 x 79 inches). Bathroom One: with bath and a WC. A hair-dryer is provided. Bathroom Two: with shower and WC There is a lounge in which to relax, and a telephone and internet (cable and WiFi) are available in the room with a flat screen television and a DVD player. There is also a Bose Ipod docking station. The WiFi is free. A safe is available for your security. This apartment also has a small, well- equipped kitchen area in the lounge with sink, fridge, hob, microwave and kettle.
