Access is via a stairway from a private road to the villa, which is semi detached but completely private from its neighbours. There is a small garden area - with loungers and various shaded or sunny places to relax with steps to a sitting area perfect for meals al fresco. The villa itself (given the fact it was only renovated recently) by an owner who likes modern designer style has everything from a cosy modern kitchen, large double bed, AC throughout, high speed internet, a television with Netflix and Apple tv. To the rear of the villa is a small enclosed terrace with barbecue.

There are lovely country views from the elevated position. One can walk to Gigaro (beach, restaurants) but please keep in mind with its hillside position the walk down will be faster than the walk back up! Drive to Escalet in under 10 minutes and St Tropez 15-20 minutes.
