Located in Les Issambres, one of the gems of the Cote d'Azur and just 15 minutes from St Tropez by boat-ferry. Completely renovated in 2008 with further improvements made in the meantime, this is a stunning villa. Private, fully-equipped gym and large pool add lustre to what is already a wonderful location. 5 bedrooms to sleep up to 14 people.

About Villa Bon Vol

Villa Bon Vol is the epitome of a Cote d'Azur property. Clean, modern lines, seaviews, large pool and well-equipped private gym, Bon Vol will ensure your stay is unforgettable. The entire property was extensively renovated in 2008 and numerous further improvements have been made in the meantime (new kitchen etc).
Enter through the electronic gates and drive up to the villa. There is a separate garage and parking for 2 cars to the side.
On entering the villa you will be struck by how spacious and tranquil it feels. The kitchen and dining area are open-plan with a large central island with 3 high chairs and a 5-ring hob. There is another high bar area with high chairs and wine coolers beneath. Double sink and two ovens. Built-in coffee machine.
Dining is for 8 and you can enjoy ambient music via the NAP sound system.
Step out onto the terrace for comfortable seating and a view over the pool and down to the spacious garden area with lawn and palm trees. Dinner will almost certainly be taken on the terrace so you can drink in the views of the Bay of St Tropez.
The fit members of your group can play basketball with the portable net and there is a pétanque court (boules) for both the fit and less fit.
The pool is 12m x 8m at its widest points and is almost without any overview from surrounding properties.
Teenagers can hang out in the TV room which has comfy sofas for sprawling and watching a good movie whilst there is also a kids' playroom for the younger members to play in.
Downstairs, Bedroom 5/Bathroom 4 could be used a separate apartment with its own lounge area and kitchenette with hob, oven and sink.

Upper floor is centrally air conditioned and the cool air floats down to lower floor.
Large Rhyno gas barbecue.
Pool is chlorine. Approx. 12m x 7m, 'Madagascar'-shaped. Alarmed.
Child-friendly but probably not suitable for toddlers or People with Reduced Mobility as the pool is not fenced and there are several steps into and out of the villa.
Laundry room with two washing machines and a dryer.
