Villa Claude - ARG101

You will be met on your arrival with a Welcome Pack of local products including wine, fruit and jam.

Occupying a surface of 300m², Villa Claude is an ideal holiday rental for large families and groups of friends of up to 16 people thanks to its 7 bright and spacious bedrooms (3 on the ground floor, 4 on the upper floor). The size of the rooms varies from 12m² to 15m². There are 3 bathrooms at your disposal.

The two lounges offer comfort and ease, and are equipped with a large screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player, satellite reception, a library and Wifi throughout the house.

The modular dining room is integrated into the living room and leads to the newly renovated kitchen which is equipped with all of the necessary equipment for 16 people (dishwasher, oven, microwave, American fridge-freezer, coffee machines etc).

Linen, kitchen linen and 2 towels per person are provided. For babies, 2 high-chairs, as well as two baby beds are available. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, fridge, table and iron.

There is a games room with a billiards and table football, as well as games for children and balls for the 'boulodrome' (boules/pétanque court).

The closed car-park of Villa Claude can accommodate up to 4 vehicles and there is also easy on-street parking just outside. There is a playground for children with two slides and a swing, a wendy house, boules pitch and clear ground for ball-games.

In front of the kitchen is a terrace of 80m² for summer meals, as well as a large table for 16 people. The summer kitchen has a bar, hot-plates and barbecue with a second terrace.
The 12m x 6m (approx) Californian-shaped swimming pool has an alarm, pool depth 0.50m to 1m70. There is a pool shower next to the swimming pool with hot water. Surrounding the pool are ample garden furniture and sun loungers. The pool can be fenced for security by a demountable barrier. (Please advise before arrival if you would like this to be erected). This pool is particularly toddler-friendly with a shallow end ideal for splashing and playing.

The pool and dining area are completely secluded with no overlooking thanks to the verdant oleanders, palmtrees and bamboo around the garden.

Located in a very quiet area, the villa is only 1km to the shops and village centre.
