This is probably one of my favourite properties. The Farmhouse is lovely and very well-appointed inside. The tennis court is in excellent condition and the potager just begs you to pick some tomatoes and pull up a few lettuces for your dinner. Plus it's walking distance into Mollèges, a very useful little village with all amenities. Frankly, what's not to like?

About Farmhouse d'Eygalières

Fabulous Farmhouse (approximately 200m²) situated in 20 acres estate.
Hidden away amongst the orchards surrounding the lovely village of Mollégès this Farmhouse and its surroundings will take your breath away. From the ultra-secure double locking electric gate at the entrance to the beautifully tended semi-formal gardens, you will be deeply impressed by the care and attention lavished on this property.

Your security is ensured as the entire property is ring-fenced with strategically positioned CCTV cameras. The perfect place to self-isolate and bring your dog - he'll be quite safe inside the estate. Please note, owners have their own GSP neutered friendly male dog who loves to play with other dogs. Prior to booking, please seek permission from owners, indicating dog breed and sex. (NB: The owners and their dog are usually not in residence during high season).

The Farmhouse has four bedrooms (of which two are doubles/two x twins), two bathrooms and two sitting rooms.
Fully-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and hob (gas and electric), coffee machine, microwave etc. Dining area for 8 people. Main salon on ground floor with TV lounge on first floor.

Lovely outside seating area in the shade and sunbathing area by the pool. Loungers, parasols etc. Farmhouse has gravel garden, with a lavender bed surrounding the heatable pool, and a lawn with a badminton net for guest use.
There is a lovely covered summer kitchen kitted with a fridge, sink, BBQ, table and chairs and lounging area with sofa, table and arm chairs.

Just outside village of Mollégès. Walking distance to two bakeries and an excellent restaurant.
The lovely and popular town of Eygalières is less than 5 minutes by car. In the summer the main street is closed to traffic so you can 'flâner' and enjoy the many bars and restaurants of this popular village.
Ever-popular St Rémy de Provence is only 10 minutes.
The Alpilles National Park is only 10 minutes away and is a great base for walking and exploring. A must-see is the son et lumière display at Les Baux de Provence.
The famous hilltop villages of the Luberon are just half an hour away.

The Farmhouse has been awarded a 4-Star rating. The criteria required to meet this rating are very exacting so you can be totally confident that this property will meet your own discerning standards.

Heatable chlorine pool approx. 9m x 4.5m. Depth from 1.2m to 1.9m with Roman steps. Safety alarm installed, but guests must take full responsibility for children. Totally unoverlooked.

Activities:
Table tennis, table football, badminton court.

Air conditioning units in upstairs hallway so cool air is circulated through bedrooms. Downstairs has thick walls so rooms remain cool throughout the day.

2 x cots and highchairs available.

Grounds:
20 acres of enclosed grounds so your children and dog/s will be very safe here.
The tennis court is new and laid with all-weather synthetic finish.
Next door to the tennis your kids will love the vegetable garden where you can pick your own fruit, veg and fresh herbs for your lunch or dinner.
There is a lawned badminton area, with rackets available.
Loads of parking space. In fact, this whole property is unbelievably generous when it comes to space.
Walking/running paths, pool, shared tennis court and the badminton area.

Guardians:
The guardians' house is tucked discreetly out of sight and has its own entrance.

Smoking allowed outside only.

    I liked the fact that the interior of the accommodation is very neat and clean. The tennis court and the swimming pool are in perfect condition.

    Wonderful property in a beautiful, peaceful and private setting. Super tennis court and lovely pool. Location is not far from many pretty villages and attractions. The local village is walkable although we were lazy and jumped in the car! It is clean and the guardians are very helpful and professional. A lovely place to rest and relax.
     
    Magnifique propriété dans un cadre magnifique, paisible et privé. Super court de tennis et belle piscine. L'emplacement n'est pas loin de nombreux jolis villages et attractions. Le village local est accessible à pied même si nous étions paresseux et avons sauté dans la voiture! C'est propre et les gardiens sont très serviables et professionnels. Un bel endroit pour se reposer et se détendre.
