About Villa Athos

Villa Athos is a newly built villa situated on a secure estate on a very generous plot in the hills between Sainte Maxime and Le Muy. Exclusively surrounded by large plots and villas in a very quiet location, your privacy is guaranteed. The villa offers high living comfort for up to 14 people on approximately 260 m² of living space. Due to the unique layout of bedrooms and spaciousness in general, this villa is ideally suited for a vacation with several families.

The living area is spread over three floors of which the main living area is wheelchair accessible. Villa Athos has a spacious open plan living/dining area with a fully equipped open plan kitchen. In the hallway closet you will find a washing machine and dryer. At the front there is the large covered terrace with dining table for 14 people and high quality furniture. Divided over the floors are seven comfortably furnished bedrooms (most of which have air conditioning) and six bathrooms.

On the living level there are 2 bedrooms with luxury box spring beds (180 x 200) and 2 bathrooms with toilet. The upper level has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with toilet. Finally, at pool level you will find another 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with toilets. There are also 2 camp beds and 2 high chairs.

On the pool level you will also find a covered terrace where you can dine with all the guests. The heated pool is surrounded by spacious terraces with accompanying luxury sun loungers and parasols where you can relax and enjoy a panoramic view of the Provencal hinterland. The pool is secured with infrared alarm and the access to the pool can be closed with a gate for small children. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with trees and plants and are fully fenced. The entrance to the villa has an automatic gate and there is ample parking for several cars.

The good connecting road D25 leads from this popular residential area easily to the coastal town of Sainte Maxime with its many cozy restaurants, large variety of stores, the port with the ferry to St. Tropez and the beautiful beaches. A large shopping center and Aqualand are about 10 minutes drive, Sainte Maxime can be reached in 15 minutes. Stores for daily needs and restaurants can also be found in the nearby village of Le Muy about 5 km away.

Important to know: a pet is on request and the villa can only be rented from Sunday to Sunday. On the spot you have to pay the costs for final cleaning, linen, energy consumption and a possible pet.
