Villa Olivette is tastefully decorated in a modern Provencal style. It has the beautiful backdrop of the Gulf de St Tropez and the Chateau and Village of Grimad to enjoy.

The lounge area has an east-west exposure. On one side you have the main terrace and pool, and on the other a dining terrace in the garden (still allowing you to enjoy the view).

There is a fully-equipped kitchen with dining for 6 (perfect for breakfast), this opens onto the terrace where you will find outside dining.

From here you go into a television room with comfortable sofa and television with streaming apps such as Netflix and Disney.

On the lower level here, you will find a good-sized double bedroom suite with 160cm bed and a shower room, toilet and dressing with access to the garden.

The living room has a large comfortable sofa facing out towards the views, there is a small desk area to work from.

On from the living room you will find a bunk room which opens out onto the terrace. Then a second double bedroom suite (with Air Conditioning) with a 160cm bed and walk in dressing and bathroom with bathtub, shower, double sinks and toilet. This bedroom enjoys the views of the bay and Chateau.

On the Garden Level there are two additional bedrooms with 160cm beds, they share a large shower room and separate toilet. They both open out onto the Mediterranean garden.

The independent Guest Studio is accessible from the garden. It has a double sofa bed of 140cm and a shower room.

On the lower level you will also find a Gym, with various machines including a bike, weights, a weight bench, a wall bar and arm bike.

The house has a SONOS sound system for your enjoyment, WIFI/Fibre internet throughout, and a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

This Villa sits in a private gated domaine on the hillside overlooking Grimaud and the Bay. It has its own secure entry and a Garage and private parking for your car.

The main terrace of the Villa enjoys panoramic views over the village and out to sea, making it a perfect place to enjoy the sunsets, Summer BBQ’s and the infinity pool which reaches out .....

There is a Summer kitchen with plancha, an outside lounge, outside dining and lounging area to relax on loungers by the Pool.

This location is also great for its close proximity to the beaches at Port Grimaud and Gros Pin. Pampelonne is around a 25 minute drive where you can enjoy many famous beach clubs and a short drive into St Tropez.
