About Le Noyer - Mas et Cottage

Located in Fayence, in the Provence - Côte d’Azur region, this authentic 18th-century stone farmhouse has been fully renovated with taste and high-quality materials. It is nestled in an ancient 2000m2 garden populated with bicentennial plants, cypresses, olive trees, walnut trees, hazelnut trees, elderberry, fig trees, and medlar trees. The farmhouse is situated on three flat terraces, alongside a small stream, in absolute calm. This place is often referred to as ‘little Tuscany.’

The 100m2 farmhouse includes an entrance to a living room with an equipped kitchen and a Gaudin wood stove. It also has a dishwasher and two large covered terraces to the east and west. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a corner bathtub and an Italian shower with massages. A toilet + bidet are also available in the bathroom, and there is an additional toilet for guests.

On the first floor, you will find a lounge with a sofa, television, and Wi-Fi connection. The loft-style mezzanine has a large bed, a toilet, and a small sink. On the ground floor, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available. The farmhouse has three indoor parking spaces.

In addition to the farmhouse, a small outbuilding called “Cottage” . This annex can accommodate two people and is arranged over two floors connected by a small external staircase. On the ground floor, there is an equipped kitchen and a dining room with a shower. On the first floor, there is a small bedroom with a toilet and sink. Two beautiful terraces are available, one of which is shaded by a giant fig tree (black figs in season).

The farmhouse is located 16 km from the A8 motorway exit of Fayence, 40 km (20 min) from Cannes. 90km (60 min) from Monaco, and It is a 5-minute drive from the village of Fayence and supermarkets such as Super U, Leclerc, Intermarché, Carrefour, and Weldom.
