The villa benefits both from being situated within the superb estate of Les Jardins de Saint Benoît with its gorgeous spa and resort facilities, and also because the villa has been carefully upgraded into a fully functioning home by its owners. You will get the best of both worlds of a spa resort and a privately-owned and much cared-for and well-maintained property.
The villa has its own private pool but also access to a larger, communal pool on the complex.

Les Jardins de Saint Benoit is a magnificent vineyard and spa estate in the heart of the Corbières region of the Languedoc. With its pedestrianised streets, squares and fountains, the estate is an extension of the picturesque village of St Laurent de Cabrerisse. The estate is bordered by a beautiful river on one side and overlooked by the majestic Pyrenees in the background.

There are tennis courts on the resort with a play area for small children and a kids' club which can be enjoyed during high season. There is a restaurant and bar in the resort and the house is within walking distance of the local village where there are restaurants, a pharmacy, a shop and a bar. The resort is in the middle of a vineyard which you can walk through, There are many beautiful walks in the area including a river walk on the resort.
The owner will not be present - a key holder is available to meet and greet you, a house cleaner and handyman are available as needed.
This beautiful villa is situated in the historic old village of St Laurent de La Cabrerisse in the Languedoc. The village boasts restaurants and a new wine bar located in an attractive old house in the centre of the village, upgraded at enormous expense. The new wine bar will be selling wine from many of the local wineries and serving tapas. There is also an ice cream bar in what was once the old school house. This is very popular with all ages and makes a great place to sit down in the shadeand enjoy ice cream and coffee.
Saint-Laurent-de-la-Cabrerisse also boasts a large health centre, a Spar shop and a fabulous bakery where people drive from nearby villages to buy their acclaimedl croissants and bread.
