The Booking Process for Owners



1.  Advertising

Placing your property on our website is easy. All we need from you are some photographs and details to get it up and ready. We will clarify details and take further pictures, if necessary, when we visit.

Your property will simultaneously be placed on other websites such as Holiday Lettings, Crème de Languedoc and Travelopo, at no cost to yourselves, to gain greater exposure. If  you do not wish to be added to one or more of these sites, then just inform us.


2. Enquiries

As soon as we get an enquiry for your property, we will be in touch to confirm availability. Don’t be surprised if you receive several emails from us during the main booking period (January – May), as we may get more than one enquiry at the same time. We only accept a booking after availability is confirmed.


3. Bookings

When the client decides to go ahead, we send them a Booking Form and a Contract which they must sign and return to us together with a 30% booking deposit. The booking is confirmed at this point and you will receive an Owners Booking Advice for your records detailing all monies paid and due as well as dates, plus client details.


4. Payments

We pass the deposit to you on receipt. The balance is due to you 28 days before the date of arrival. We collect the security deposit 2-3 weeks before the date of arrival but this can be paid directly to you, if you prefer.


5. Feedback

We are on hand during the rental period in case there are any problems.  We will do our best to resolve any issues but it is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that the property is functional in every respect and that it is as described.

We encourage clients to complete a questionnaire after their holiday. This is their chance to comment – positively or negatively – on their rental experience. We have found this dialogue invaluable in highlighting concerns, and conversely, to praise where praise is due.

At every stage, we are available to answer both clients’ and owners’ queries. Our aim is to provide a seamless service from your first contact with us through to clients’ departure.
