Le Mexi-Can, Le Barcarès

One of the most unusual restaurants we have come across, the Mexi-Can is made out of, well, cans! It's an ephémère restaurant which means it only exists in summer and is totally dismantled come October. The Mexi-Can goes one better - it has tastefully recycled some 20,000 Coca-Cola and other cans to make a completely original and interesting venue.
