This light and spacious Provencal Villa is just off the Route de Salins, it benefits from not having any passing traffic making it tranquil and a great place for a holiday with children. It has a large garden with private pool and both in and out security gates for your convenience. It is also centrally located for Saint Tropez and walking to the beautiful beach of Salins or Canoubiers.

On entering the house, there is a large hallway with a guest toilet. To the right are the two newly built double bedrooms (these can be split into twin rooms) with en suites. There is a spacious open plan living and dining area with fireplace, at the far end of this area there is a double bedroom (leading out onto the terrace) with television and wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with bath.

There is a large fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven and laundry room. This entire house has good wifi and climate control.

The upstairs has two bedrooms both are doubles that can be split if you prefer twin rooms. They both have balconies with en suites and beautiful views of the garden. All rooms have televisions.
