Villa Kyrenia is a bright and modern holiday home with all the benefits that new buildings provide and none of the inconveniences of older more dated style properties.

Fresh, clean and very well equipped with an extremely modern spacious designer kitchen including all the latest appliances - De Dietrich microwave, fan assisted oven, grill or combination of all 3. Various power levels. De Dietrich 2 plate induction hob with pans to suit. Ceramic griddle. Whirlpool dishwasher and washing machine. American style fridge freezer, kettle, toaster.

The lounge is 6m x 6m with 2 leather sofas and 1 electric recliner, 2 Wicker chairs. marble coffee and side table. Dining table seats 8 when extended. Air-con independent controls ground floor. Patio doors to decked garden and marina. Satellite TV. Full size keyboard.

There are 3 bedrooms, two with 1 double or 1 double and 1 single and with balcony and marina view. The master bedroom has a balcony and king size double. All bedrooms have individual air-con sensors and mosquito nets.

The house is designed with insulation panels inside and outside which results in a cool interior in summer and a warm environment in winter. There is air conditioning and room fans.

The patio is complete with a large sun shade and a selection of wicker tables chairs and lounger all complete with cushions. A 2 bowl sink is used to clean fish, oysters and a Webber 4 burner gas BBQ with rotisserie and side gas hob is also provided.


A timber decked garden furnished with wicker sofas and chairs overlooks the marina where you can sit al fresco for breakfast or return after an outing of shopping and sightseeing, adventure or sports, to relax, sit and sip long cool drinks in the hot afternoons.

Balcony and decked garden to rear of property have planters with grape vines, lime and lemon trees, olive tree.

Or why not try using the excellent professional Webber 4 burner BBQ and rotisserie with some locally bought food and wine, spend a warm balmy evening in conversation with a loved one, family and friends with the magnificent backdrop of the setting sun.

There is lots to see and do in the area with Fishing, golf, sailing, horse riding jet skis, and boat hire all available locally.
Grau du Roi is a working fishing port in a Village setting which also hosts a fair for all ages at night as well as rides for the smaller dare devils at Babyland through the day.
Grau du Roi (which is a working fishing port in a Village setting) Sete, Cap d'age and Carnon are 30 minutes to an hour away by cycle (we provide 2 canoes, 4 adult and 2 child bicycles for your use, included with the price).
Travel a little further and see the Ardeche Gorges. Most towns have bullrings famous for bull fights (bulls don't get hurt) and host running of the bulls through the towns at festive events.

Fees and conditions

  • Security Deposit: £250
  • Booking notes - an English agent will give you the keys upon arrival and will also require proof of insurance including personal liability cover. A discount is given for bookings in excess of 2 weeks. 30% of rental payable on booking, remainder 8 weeks prior to departure. 250 security deposit to be paid along with final payment.
  • Fresh linen, water, electric and cleaning on departure are included and a 14 x 6 berth if you wish to hire a boat and moor it at the house.
