L'Annexe is a 3-storey terraced house with private pool, on the Giscle river opposite the Cogolin boatyard.
The nearest beach is at the end of the street about 600 metres away.
Within this gated community are homes connected by a network of canals and river, stone bridges and pretty streets. L'Annexe was built in 2000.

Depending on availability, our Dufour 36' sail boat may be available for additional accommodation. Similarly, the mooring at the bottom of the garden may be available for your boat but for limited draft vessels only.

Port Grimaud Waterside House: L'Annexe is a Provencal style fisherman's house located in the village of Port Grimaud, on the River Giscle opposite the Cogolin boatyard.
Port Grimaud is a French historical village set in the Baie de St. Tropez on the Cote D'Azur. It's a miniature Venice built around pretty canals and bridges, but in the Provencal style of the fisherman's house rather than the grand palazzi of Venezia.
There is a ferry service from Port Grimaud across the bay to St. Tropez, and on to Ste. Maxime & Les Issambres (http://www.bateauxverts.com/gb/index.html).

Fees and conditions
- Security Deposit: €1000.00
- Rentals begin at 4 pm on the first day, and end at 11 am on the last day.
- The rental rates include the loan of linen and towels.
- There is a security deposit of 1000 Euro. This will be returned after telephone charges and the cost of any damage has been deducted.
- The house must be left as clean as on arrival. Any extra cleaning required will be charged at 40 Euro per hour.
