Visited by one of our team - highly recommended. This is one of our managed properties.
MARS101 - The property was well equipped and in a good location for town and the lake. There was plenty of information in the house and we enjoyed our stay. We would like to return to the area.
" The size and privacy of the garden and terrace were definitely undersold in the property description, as was the location. It was so quiet in the residential area yet only a few minutes walk to the town. The property exceeded our expectations. The booking procedure was all very smooth. "
MARS101 - GUEST COMMENTS"The house was fantastic! Very clean, tidy and very well equipped. All the little things we didn't expect, we were very impressed. It was so child-friendly and also the kids' bedroom was just far enough away from ours - a great layout!Would love to stay again and would recommend it to others.""Just to let you know that we had a very nice time at your villa. The house was nice, bright, airy and very well equipped. The local village was an interesting and delightful place.""We very much enjoyed our stay last week at your house in Marseillan. So much so that we wonder whether we could book it again for 2 weeks next summer. We thought the house was extremely well equipped and the information folder very useful indeed.""We were absolutely delighted with our stay in Marseillan, loved the area and could not speak highly enough of your villa and attention to detail there. It was certainly one of the best and most relaxing holidays we've had in a long time.""Just arrived home from Marseillan so a note to summarise the experience. We have been doing this type of holiday in France for over 30 years so we have seen and visited a lot of places. The villa is without doubt one of the best we have stayed in - in the top 3.The description of the facilities was both detailed and accurate - thank you. The facilities themselves are first class with the equipment, appliances, furniture and decor delivered to a very high standard. The welcome pack was absolutely first class - best ever top 1 - and a nice surprise. The village is ideal for the shops, bars and restaurants.Overall a brilliant holiday - looking forward to perhaps returning in the future." Mr Houghton, June 2010" The property description and photos were accurate. And it exceeded my expectations. The property was good value for money and the property equipment was excellent. The cleanliness of the property on arrival was excellent and so was booking procedure and service. " Hilary ( 2010 )" The property description was accurate and it matched our expectations. It was good value for money and the property equipment was on the whole good. The booking procedure and service was very efficient. "Graham ( summer 2010 )" The property was well equipped and in a good location for town and the lake. There was plenty of information in the house. Our first impression of the cleanliness of the property was very good. We enjoyed our stay, helped by decent weather, and we would like to return to the area. "Davey ( Summer 2010 )Dear Juliana,Thanks you so much for all your help with our booking. House was great, really enjoyed our stay and the welcome pack was a nice touch. Will not hesitate to book again.Best wishes, Debbie (April 2011)"The property was fabulous and was really well equipped, probably more than we could have expected.Accurate description and photos.Really clean and welcoming. Thanks for a great holiday, we hope to be back!!" August 2012April 2013I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your property in Marseillan and what a significant part this played in enabling us to thoroughly enjoy our short break. The administrative support provided by Juliana and her team was also first class. Directions to the house were the best that we have ever received in 20 years+ of holidaying to self-catering accommodations. We arrived at the house without any delays whatsoever and no arguments or the usual stresses and strains of trying to follow some less than useful instructions that we've received in the past! The house was spotlessly clean and please pass on our gratitude to the cleaner. The welcome pack was very generous and given that Monday seemed to be a public holiday in the area, was particularly useful - many thanks. The house is very comfortable indeed and provides everything that anyone could possible need. In our case, the location of the house was also great. We enjoyed the daily stroll into town for a baguette and also the fact that we were able to travel easily to see some amazing sights from Perpignan and Carcassonne to the south and west to Arles to the east. The weather was a bit patchy but still good enough to enjoy a couple of days on the coast and we re-discovered the differing delights of Aigues-Mortes and La Grand Motte on a bright and breezy day. It seems odd to think that just a few hours ago we were walking the beach at Marseillan Plage and enjoying some sunshine and a brisk breeze - definitely a lovely way to end a really pleasant stay.Thank you for the use of your property and best wishes.Richard
