Lovely, spacious villa with pool in Montpellier, close to a beautiful park and river walk and to very nice local shops. 5 minutes walk to the tram station, with easy access to the beach or to the centre of the city.

The south facing house is overlooking a beautiful garden, with terrace and pool. The main floor is composed of a very large living room with dining area, kitchen and bar, then a corridor leading to 3 double bedrooms, and a family bathroom. Stairs lead down to an extra double bedroom with its own shower room.

Montpellier is a thriving city with possibly Europe's largest pedestrian area around la Place de la Comédie - an ideal spot to stop for lunch or a cold glass of something and watch the world go by. Easy access to sandy Languedoc beaches by tram or bus.
