From a large terrace and from each of the living rooms there is ample space for al fresco dining and the views over Villefranche, Beaulieu, St Jean, Cap Ferrat, are just breathtaking.

There are double sliding French doors giving access out onto a large terrace which adjoins the terrace from the living room. The bedroom has the same marble tile flooring as the hall and living room.   • Prices include linen and towels, heating and hot water, electricity and gas. Prices include the provision of wireless Internet access. Prices do not include the provision of landline telephone. Prices do not include final cleaning for which a charge of £80 will be made when collecting the key. Prices do not include meet and greet fee; if this is required there will be an additional charge of £20 when collecting the keys. A security deposit is payable at the time of confirmation of the booking; this will provide the downpayment for the rent which becomes due 56 days prior to the visit
