About Myrtle Villa

A delightful family-friendly villa located in a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes away from the centre of Marseillan Village. A boulangerie and other local shops are just down the road and there is an excellent variety of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.
You can easily access Marseillan Port with its amazing seafood and other restaurants and enjoy dining out on the restaurant terraces while you watch the little boats sail in and out of the port. Don't forget to visit the Noilly-Prat factory where you can view, taste and buy the famous fortified wines.

This villa offers everything you need for a lovely south of France holiday. A tranquil terrace with dining area and barbecue. Private pool (entirely rebuilt in 2022). The villa is located in a residential area but there is almost no overlooking from surrounding houses, you will be in your every own holiday bubble!
English satellite TV. On site parking. Free internet access. Just 20 minutes from Beziers airport and with Mediterranean beaches a 15 minute drive away.

Take advantage of the bicycles included in the rental price and explore the many cycle paths in the area. The landscape is fairly flat along the Languedoc coast so cycling is a joy, not a slog.

Enter the villa through front door into a spacious living area with brand new sofas and satellite TV with UK channels. There are also games and DVDs for family entertainment. Centre stage is a modern wood-burning stove. The dining table comfortably sits 6.

The dining area opens onto the kitchen which is very well-equipped and offers an oven, micro wave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer etc. The washing machine is in the utility room.

There are three bedrooms - 2 x doubles + 1 twin room.
One bathroom and separate guest toilet.

Internal access to garage with 4 bikes and helmets.


OUTSIDE

Terraced garden area located outside the kitchen/living room with dining table and chairs for 6 pêople. The pool is raised above ground level and accessed by a wooden ladder that can be removed for small children's safety. There is a constructed barbecue and a table tennis table available for guests' use.

Entry to the villa is via electric gates to the driveway. There is a videophone system from outside the front gates to the interior of the property.

Accessibility :
Suitable for people with Reduced Mobility but probably not wheelchairs. There is at least one shallow step to each of the access doors but otherwise the property is at ground floor level. The drive leading to the property is on a small incline.

Swimming Pool:
Brand new for 2022. Octagonal shape 4.5m diameter. 1.20m depth.
Loungers available.

Parking for two cars on the driveway which can be secured by the front gate.
