This lovely large villa has all the ingredients for the perfect holiday. Situated in a pretty hamlet in the heart of the Corbières, the villa has a large sun terrace looking over the garden and a 10m x 4.5m private swimming pool with loungers. The garden and pool are not overlooked.

Stunning views across vineyards and open countryside to the mountains to relax and gaze upon during the day or evening. In the large landscaped gardens are olive, apricot, peach, fig and pomegranate trees, together with palms and other Mediterranean plants. The garden is completely enclosed so no need to worry about the children or your dog getting lost.

The villa benefits from light-filled and spacious rooms, decorated to a high standard.

Three bedrooms, all en-suite. On the ground floor is the master bedroom which leads out on to the decking area which overlooks the pool and garden.

The other two bedrooms are on the first floor. One is as big as the master bedroom on the ground floor and the second is smaller with a double bed. Both are ensuite and one has a walk-in shower, making this property ideal for people with reduced mobility. Access to the pool can be down a few stairs or around the house which is fairly flat. There are shallow steps into the pool.

A 4th double bedroom on the ground floor can be offered as an alternative to the double upstairs if required. It is ensuite and has air-conditioning.

There is also a ground floor bathroom with a shower.

Gasparets is on 'Route 20: La Route des Vins Crus des Corbières'. A wine-tasting, either at the local chateaux or elsewhere, is a must!
The village of Boutenac is half an hour's walk or 5 minutes by car. There is a small supermarket in the village. Lezignan is 15 minutes by car and this bigger village offers two large supermarkets, bars etc.
