The region around Grasse has always been well known for its olive groves, and Le Vieux Moulin is in fact an authentic olive oil mill which has been restored with a great deal of taste. You have the impression of actually living in another century, it is so full of character. Cabris itself is a lovely quiet little village, with its flowered balconies and streets, and we would certainly encourage you to have your camera with you when you look out over the surrounding countryside down to the coast. One of our favourite games is to count the number of swimming pools, but it is not as easy as it looks! There are some great restaurants here, and a panoramic viewpoint.
