This beautiful apartment is situated by the river L’Orb & within an 8 minute walk to the Mediterranean Sea with its 4 km long sandy beach.

The spacious apartment has 4 double bedrooms and has been recently built to modern, high quality standards, incl. air conditioning.

The sitting room is immaculately furnished and the roomy dining area seats 8 people comfortably. TV with French channels. iPod station.

The large modern kitchen contains all conveniences including large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hobs, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and a small breakfast dining table and chairs.

Utility room with washing machine, ironing board, storage shelves.

Bedroom one has a double bed and fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed and an en suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. Walk-in closet, air conditioning and doors onto the terrace.

Bedroom 3 has a double bed with built-in wardrobes.

Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds, a wardrobe, set of drawers and bedside cabinets.

Cupboard in hall to store the garden furniture.

Valras-Plage is one of the unspoilt holiday destinations on the French Mediterranean. It is in a scenic, central location for day trips throughout Languedoc & beyond, with Barcelona, Carcasonne & Marseille all accessible within a comfortable 2-3 hour drive.

The nearest airports are Beziers (20 mins) Montpellier (45 mins), Carcassonne (1 hour) Perpignan (1.5 hr) or Toulouse (2 hr). Small villages nearby (within 1 hour) incl: Bouzigues - on the edge of a lagoon which is famous for its oyster & mussel farming; Sete & Agde – picturesque fishing villages; Pezenas – medieval market town with 70 historical listed buildings; Minerve - a medieval village perched over the meeting of rivers. The Coteaux du Languedoc is the largest viticulture regions of the Mediterranean vineyards - you can often stop off at the local “Cooperatives” to sample the wine & fill up bottles with the wine straight from the barrels. During summer most villages host “Ferias” with various concert / theatre productions (incl. bullfighting).

Other Activities: Wine tasting, sightseeing, bull fighting (during the summer ferias), 3 golf courses within 1 hour drive.

Fees and conditions

  • Security Deposit: £355.00
  • Prices may vary on this property - contact us for up-to-date availability and prices.
  • A security deposit of £250 (€355) will be required with the final payment. This is to cover any eventual breakages and any abnormal cleaning costs. The deposit will be returned within 2 weeks following your departure (less any charges incurred e.g. stained mattresses, any significant damage to property / equipment, having to clean the windows again due to hand marks etc….) and once the property has been returned in the correct condition.
  • We ask our guests to kindly vacate the property in a similar state of cleanliness as found upon arrival and to ensure that any breakages are reported. Extensive cleaning equipment is available in the utility room.
  • An additional charge of GBP70 for cleaning the apartment plus GBP10 per person for the linen and towel cleaning will be required with the final payment.

    It is a fabulous apartment! Clean and spacious .The complex has excellent security,  just the right distance from the beach, 
    Wonderful restaurants with delicious fish caught locally. 
    The on-site swimming pool was perfect. 
    Very friendly with a lovely greeting from the owner's mother . 
    Can't think of anyone who wouldn't enjoy staying here."            
    "The vacation was fantastic; the only rain we had was when walking back from the plage after listening to some live music from Buenavista Social Club ( a Cuban jazz band). Other than that the sun shone brightly.
    The apartment was fantastic and very roomy despite 8 of us being resident there. There was plenty of information on the area in the box under the coffee table and your father kindly recommended a couple of very nice restaurants in Béziers."
