About La Maison Blanche
This beautiful newly renovated 3-bedroom fisherman's house in Port Grimaud is ideally located in a secure gated residence in the heart of the seaside resort. It offers all the comfort and equipment you require for the perfect holiday.
Upon entry, there is an all-equipped kitchen that opens into the living room where you can relax after a long day at the beach.
A guest toilet is located by the front door.
There is a television and DVD Player, a sound system you can connect your phone to, board games. DVDs and books are at your disposal.
At the back of the house, there is a dining room area with a table that seats 6 people. The garden offers relaxing seating with an awning for much-needed shade in the heat of the summer.
Upstairs, the master bedroom offers views of the canal from its balcony. There is a second double bedroom on this floor as well as a shared bathroom.
Up the next flight of stairs is the 3rd bedroom which also offers views of the waters from its balcony. A shower room is located on this level.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in order to make your stay as cool as possible.
The boat berth may be available by arrangement at additional cost.
Port Grimaud is rightly known as the Venice of the south of France. Ingeniously constructed around the lagoon of the River Giscle, the best way to get around this delightful and unusual location is by boat.
Nearly every house has its own view of the port and Maison Blanche has one of the best. The terrace looks out over the comings and goings of little craft, there will always be something of interest to catch the eye. Maison Blanche has its own berth so you can hire a boat for the duration of your holiday, moor it at the end of your own garden and join in the waterborne fun.
Less than five minutes walk away are the sandy beaches. Watersports are available on the beach. You can also catch a water taxi across the bay to St Tropez.
Port Grimaud has a big selection of bars and restaurants to choose from so you'll never run out of places to spend your evenings.
The house has been beautifully refurbished from top to bottom adding a touch of luxury to your stay. Three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen/diner and lounge area. Plus two great terraces - one off the master bedroom on first floor with table, two chairs and loungers where you can enjoy your breakfast croissants. The other terrace is off the bedroom on the second floor with bistro table and chairs. Enjoy your lunch al fresco, or your evening meal with some chilled Rosé wine from Provence.
