This holiday home is a fantastic place to enjoy everything the local area has to offer and is a great value family holiday.

The accommodation is comfortable and the house is fully-equipped with everything you need. From the large balcony overlooking the garden, private heated pool and terrace to the quiet location near the centre of the village, the property offers great convenience and extensive facilities.

There is lots to do whether it's the beach you like, places of interest to visit and enjoy the French way of life or even if you just want to chill by the pool.

The main accommodation is on the first floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a range cooker, large American fridge, dishwasher and microwave and is open plan leading into the dining room/lounge. It also leads out onto a large balcony overlooking the garden & pool.

The living room is joined to the kitchen and has table & chairs, settee, TV including Sky.

Wi-Fi is also available.

There are 6 bedrooms, three of them with double or king size double beds, one room with twin beds and a set of bunk beds, one room with twin beds and a family room with a king size and 2 single beds.

There are two bathrooms plus two en-suites to Bedrooms 1 and 4, plus three separate WCs.

Great children's play area with its own TV and plenty of games and things to do for the kids.

There is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are 2 hairdryers in the property.

Bathroom towels are provided but not pool/beach towels.



OUTSIDE

It is the outside which makes this property special. There is a large balcony overlooking the secure private pool (9m by 4.5m), an outside kitchen area, BBQ and terrace to enjoy eating 'Al Fresco' in the shade of the trees. You'll end up spending most of the day outside, it's lovely!

Private heated swimming pool of 9m x 4.5m with a wall and gate for security for the children. There is no charge for the pool heating.

The balcony also has a gate top and bottom for the safety of children.

Parking in the drive for 2-3 cars and more parking on the road which is a very quiet back street and has next to no traffic, only a few local residents popping to and from home.

The driveway is alongside the pool but the main play area where the climbing frame is, is at the bottom of the drive to the left as you head towards the house. There is also space for one car in a pull in on the right as you go down the drive.

There isn't have a grassy play area as such, but children really enjoy playing beneath the balcony in the play area and around the pool, supervised of course.
