The sun terrace has an outside dining area and looks directly over the canal.

The first floor has a double bedroom with wardrobes and a view over the canal, there is a family bathroom with bath/shower and washing machine. There is a separate wc. There is then a twin room looking out over Port Grimaud.

On the second floor there is a Master Bedroom with ensuite shower room and large private roof terrace.

This house has Wifi Internet and its own private parking space.

The house also has its own berth 16 x 4.2 metres which can be used upon arrangement. Renting a boat in the area can be great thing to do.
