Situated only a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach and 5-minute drive to Antibes' famous beach of La Garoupe, this is an elegant Cote d’Azur luxury villa which also benefits from air conditioning, a splendid heated infinity pool and stunning views over the surrounding hills to the sea.
Set in a secure gated residential domain, this well-proportioned villa sits in generous grounds with colourful oleanders, mature palm trees and a beautifully manicured lawn. All rooms on the ground floor open onto the long covered terrace allowing for easy outdoor living. From the first floor you can enjoy far reaching views over the Mediterranean sea and the famous coastline between Juan-les-Pins and Antibes! Flexibility in the accommodation is another bonus, thanks to the garden studio perfect for a couple or for teenagers.
Once here, you can easily switch between a lazy holiday lounging by your private pool and full immersion into the vibrant atmosphere of Juan-les-Pins - especially during the jazz festival - Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Villefranche-sur-Mer or Monte Carlo. As you enter the property you will come across the bright open plan living and dining room, complete with a flat screen TV and French doors leading to the terrace which is equipped with outdoor furniture. There is also a study area on this floor. The large kitchen and breakfast room gives access to the lower ground floor where there is the terrace. On this floor you will find the master double bedroom which has air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with separate shower, and access to the terrace.
The first floor is where the rest of the bedrooms are located, there are two double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and French doors to a large shared terrace offering distant sea views, and en-suite bathrooms. There is a twin bedroom on this floor with air conditioning and a separate shower room and WC.
On the lower ground floor you'll find a home cinema room with a large screen TV, 3 gym exercise machines and an additional double bed on request.
There is a garden studio with external access only which has a small twin bedroom, is not air conditioned but has an en-suite shower room and is of a slightly lower standard than the main house.
