- Please keep in mind that the village is quiet and to keep noise levels down after 10pm. As some of the outside communal space is shared with others, there is a House Rules book that you can refer to.
There are about 8 dwellings in the Chateau and there are always young families in the gardens and pool area at this time of year. It's very sociable if you’re wanting to connect with people, but if you just want some quiet solitude then that works also if you’re not looking for that vibe.
Stair gates, young kids' toys, 2 cots and a range of other toddler-friendly things available.
There is a spiral staircase which may not suit young families, disabled & elderly. Please take care if you have little ones. We would suggest bringing a stair gate for small children.
Cot and highchair available.
Pool towels supplied.
The housekeeper lives in the village and is on hand should you require anything.
Welcome bottle of wine left for guests.
The local supermarket is open until 1230 on Sunday morning and will have everything you need, including the Sunday Times!
There are tennis racquets and old balls in the house, the owner suggests you bring pack or two of new balls.
The table tennis table is usually only set up in the winter months
The tourist information office has a couple of bikes but the owners are happy for you to use theirs.
The best restaurant is La Campana +33 4 94 76 63 15 which does require booking. ( Nico)
The other restaurants can usually be booked on the day, or at least the day before.
