This beautiful, authentically restored stone Bastide is located on the edge of a hamlet in the hills surrounding Plan de la Tour, close to St Tropez and St Maxime.
Exposed stone walls and old beamed ceilings have been carefully preserved to reflect the rustic character and charm of the Bastide, making guests really feel at home when staying at the property. Bastide du Sud has three levels, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and the most tranquil pool set within the grounds.
As you enter the property on the ground floor, you will come into the large living room with TV, DVD and CD; there are large French doors leading to the gravelled terrace overlooking the private swimming pool and garden. On this floor is also a living room with shower room and WC, and stairs leading to the mezzanine complete with double bed. There is a kitchen/dining room with doors leading to an outdoor dining area under a mulberry tree.
On the first floor are 2 bedrooms, one is a double with a separate shower room and WC, then there is an exit to a covered terrace which leads to the master bedroom, this room has a double bed, an open fireplace, and open plan integral bathroom and separate WC.
On the second floor is a double bedroom, a small children's twin bedroom and a shower room/WC.
There are large terraced grounds at this property, with a small lawn surrounding the private 14m x 4m swimming pool. There is outdoor dining under the shade of a mulberry tree, a portable charcoal barbecue and an additional covered terrace to the rear of the property. There is also a large gravelled terrace with steps leading down to the swimming pool.
