About The Old Farmhouse, Grimaud

For a great get-away-from-it-all holiday on the Cote d'Azur, look no further! This former farmhouse offers spacious living for up to 8 people. The property is surrounded by vineyards - in fact, it has its own vines which go to making the superb wine from Domaine de Giscle. We recommend a tasting!). Another interesting fact is that the farmhouse is host to two of the oldest fig trees on the Cote d'Azur.
The outside space is huge (nearly a hectare) and brilliant for the children to run around in.
Comfort and Mediterranean lifestyle are the themes here. Relax by the large pool on the loungers with a good book, or enjoy al fresco dining while you drink in the stunning views across the valley.
There is a summer kitchen for outside dining and various terraces where you can relax either in or out of the sun.
In the barn, you can clearly see the old cuves where the farmers stored their wine. Nowadays, the barn houses various outdoor games and activities, including table tennis and a giant chess set.

Entry via electric gates.
Pets welcome but owners are responsible for inside and outside spaces. Dogs MUST be kept on a lead since, if they stray onto adjacent land, the local dogs will chase them off. Also be aware that there is electric fencing around the garden to deter wild boar.
Pool: approximately 12m x 7m x 1.5m deep.
Electric barbecue only allowed due to fire risk.
Two bikes with helmets available.
Inflatable bed available for one extra person.
NB: Stairs are quite steep. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Reversible air conditioning units - cold in summer, hot in winter. Log fire for winter coziness.

    Beautiful villa, amazing views, easy access to a charming village with a great vibe. The villa was like a fun maze and even more spacious than the photos can depict. Clean, everything you need. My son loved the extra inflatables and the view from the swimming pool.
