South France Holiday Villas has been in business for more than 10 years and in that time we have built up a loyal and enduring client base. Our ethos is simple and can be summed up by our two promises: 

  • That the service we offer is second-to-none.
  • That the properties advertised on our website will have been checked, visited and approved by a member of our team; or one of our partners.


What this means for you is that, by booking with us you can be assured that you will receive excellent, personal service and that the property details you see on our website are accurate. Put these two promises together and you can see that uncertainty as to the quality of your holiday accommodation is eliminated. 

 

Your payments to South France Holiday Villas are secured and handled with care

The standard mode of payment is by debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) via your online account - Sign up or Log in. If you encounter any problems or have any questions you can always contact us. If preferred, we can also accept debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) via the telephone.

If you do not have a debit or credit card, or you have a card that we cannot accept, you can of course make a direct bank transfer into our UK bank. We have a bank account in the UK for both GBP and EUR currencies. You can find the account details on your booking form, which you can find in your online account. Please make sure to put in the reference as on your booking form.

On request, we can also accept payment via PayPal.

Debit or credit card payments made via your online account are secured, processed and may be saved by Stripe, compliant to the latest Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS-compliant). For security purposes, card payments made over the phone are inserted directly into the Stripe-protected-dashboard; this process may take a few minutes. Card details may be saved on Stripe.

We do not share your financial details with any 3rd parties. In the unlikely event that this may be needed, for example when the local property manager of the villa you have booked holds card details as a security bond, we will seek your agreement before doing so.

Our payment terms are clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions, you will be kept informed of the status of your booking by your Personal Travel Advisor.

Please note that the contract is between yourself (the Client) and the Owner, not South France Holiday Villas.
