Petting Zoo Cessenon-sur-Orb

Little kids love animals, the fluffier and friendlier the better. If you have younger children, then a day or half-day spent at the quite extensive 'Mini Ferme-Zoo' makes for a great visit. Here, your kids can meet, pet and fall in love with all sorts of farmyard animals - sheep, pigs, cows, horses, chickens, ducks and geese.

 

 

The farm is situated about 2 minutes south of Cessenon-sur-Orb and is easily accessible from Béziers and the coast, or Bédarieux and the hill villages. Cessenon is itself a very pleasant village with several small bars and cafés lining the square, shaded from the summer heat by plane trees. There is also a small beach near the river if you want to cool down a bit after a day of sightseeing.

 

The farm will happily accommodate birthdays and other celebrations, blending the festivities with the fun of being up close and personal with the animals.

 

Limited opening off-season, but from April - October, the farm is open every day from 11.00am - 7.00pm.
